- Locking Button to prevent unwanted spooling due to wind
- End clip can attach to other Skipper units, a wall receiving plate, or it can wrap around a post/fence and clip onto itself
- Removable top for additional attachments (i.e. Sign Frame or Light)
- Solid construction, will hold up in the harshest conditions
- Can
be mounted to Traffic Cones or our Wall Mount Bracket. When using
cones, Skipper requires 17 lbs with 28" tall traffic cone. Standard
U.S. 28" tall cones are 10 lbs. You can use a 7 lb Cone Weight or
double stack 10 lb cones.
